Thanks man, it just peels right off. It was warm out when I did it. Might need a hairdryer these days depending on your location. Maybe a little goo gone. It’s just a sticker though.

I have a set of OEM Bed Lights that I haven't installed yet. There may be wiring instructions in the box I'd have to check. If you need them burn me a PM and I'll take a look.

That's how I removed the TRD Stickers on my bedsides. The only residue left behind was just a trace outline of the sticker and that came right off with the alcohol. The newer the decal the easier is should be to remove.

 

I'm going to plastidip my sport wheels this weekend. I'm getting Billy 51s installed, so I'm taking advantage it while the they're off the truck. How many cans did you end up using and how many coats? I bought 8 from Home Depot the other day.

 

You won't use anywhere near that much. I did six coats, plus a little spray here and there extra in spots that I didn't cover as good. I bought four cans and did my grill and four wheels and still have a couple cans left.

Thanks for that link, I was recently searching for them. I kind of like the chrome lugs because it breaks up the black a little. Not sure yet.

Looks like the wiring has been updated directly, from what I can tell its plug and play. They were just delivered today, so I will update after this weekend.

Funny lol didn't want the desert intake but it was a manual and I paid less for it than some pay for their OFFROAD Tacoma's. It is good for those who put it to use and it does keep the filter cleaner.

 

Maybe those long pointed knife ones so I can be like one of those Roman Chariots in Ben Hur

 

Ive been watching the 2nd gen bed header rail on Amazon for like a year now, never wanting to pay the $55-80 they usually want for it... today they had 1 left and it was listed for 35 bucks! sold!

Completed the install on my BHLM & Retrofit headlights yesterday.

 

Either that or you're special.

 

Installed Diode Dynamics LEDs for map lights, dome light and vanity lights - went with Cool White (6000K) for all. 56 lumens for the map lights, 130 lumens for the dome light and 24 lumens for the vanity lights.

Biggest challenge was getting the map light bulbs out. Finally gave them a wrap of masking tape and pulled them out easily with needle nose pliers (the guy on the Diode Dynamics video made it look deceptively easy with two fingers). Light color and brightness are exactly what I was expecting.
