I am in the middle of an experiment and would like the help of a 3rd gen owners who has their OE air cleaner assembly off or has quick access to their intake tube. I am looking for the ID size of the intake tube.

I believe the 3rd gen runs 3.5" intake tubing by the MAF, which then narrows down into 3"... I obviously do not have a good way to check because I don't have a 3rd gen. Can someone help a brother out please?

smashed this, broke that, covered it up with tape and paint
Yeah my air filter setup is not finished either for this same issue
I ordered a OEM TRD pro intake tube to get that air nipple attached
And I got a MAF housing from OVtune for his twin turbo kit and that housing is way smaller than the TRD tube
    So
From what I can tell for 3rd gens
I’m the only clown trying to do a UMP filter and I haven’t found the correct parts yet and my truck is not near me for reference
