So I guess no lift? Would 285's have fit you think?

I had a weird experience today installing the MESO Stage 1 Total Tail Light Kit. It's an easy plug and play and makes your rear lights more functional. Got everything apart and swapped so I figured I'd test them before putting the light pods back in. One turn signal worked perfectly, the other would illuminate amber on the side I was turning to and white on the other. I swapped the turn signal light (it's a fixed unit) and it did the same thing, amber on the side I was turning towards and white on the other. I traded messages with Stew and he thinks it's a bad wiring harness - he's sending out a new one. Hopefully that's it and not the bulb unit.

Oh, well, as I tell people in the leadership presentations I give you have to remember the Volk Principle. Sometimes it doesn't matter who you are, who your parents are, where you live, how much money you make, where you went to school or what types of car you drive...some days it just sucks to be you. Today's my day.

Sorry, no lift - straight stock set-up. The 285's will fit with some modification for normal driving, cutting some of the plastic in the rear of the wheel well. I just didn't want to go with a lift and spacer to get to the 285 for what I will be using it for - back country/off road driving where the rubbing will be greater without several modifications. I am no longer a rock crawler but I still get off road to explore, hike, camp, hunt and fish so I wanted the ability to get into areas without too many issues.

Would you mid getting a few more pics of how the 265's look on the truck from different angles? Trying to decide 285's or 265's.

Be glad to, will have to be later today. I am about to jump on a conference call. Trying to save some work as I have lost three events already these past three weeks.

Just finished a webinar her at home, too. Luckily, I didn't pay for it - filled with blinding flashes of the obvious. And, I've got a conference call in about an hour, too. This working from home stuff is interesting.

It is interesting, I have been working out of my house for ten years now and it took me a while to learn how to manage my time. Meaning not work 24/7 24 hours a day. I too had a webinar earlier today and it is amazing how down everyone is. No one is looking for the positives that can come out of this, sure it is hard and scary but change is not always a bad thing - it can be a great thing if managed correctly.

I agree with you on all counts. The webinar was on the impact of COVID-19 on Higher Education. We are already doing everything they suggested...have been working hard for years to position ourselves strategically, provide quality education while keeping tuition as low as possible, seek alternative sources of revenue, make our programs more experiential and embed credentials in them.... If schools haven't been doing this before, it may be too late for them.

TRD-Ed, sorry I forgot I had a shot of the tires from Saturday. If you want a more straight on shot I can get that after my call.

Good guys over there but they weren't willing to budge on MSRP for me. Looks like they might have had multiple AG on their lot as I did not start talking to them until 3/14.

Nice work on the deal. I wasn’t able to get anything off msrp, probably could have pushed a little harder but I did save on taxes so I was a little bit ahead of where I would have been buying it locally.

I just ordered black interior door handles today and should have them by early next week. I’ll get the part numbers for you guys, they said it was a little different number for the 2020s.

Deff. would be interested in those part numbers. Sounds like you ordered them OEM from the dealership?

No guarantees to accuracy, but this is what is cited as correct for 2020s through the Toyota parts catalogue. They numbers don't look any different from any other 3rd Gen.

These are correct for the pro, I think I accidentally ordered the non-smart entry and they corrected my order.

edit: added the price I paid for the auto transmission smart entry handle. The manual transmission non-smart handles are a few dollars cheaper per handle.

    69205-04040-C0 $38.41
    69206-04040-C0 $41.77

Those are correct for the Pro with an automatic trans ONLY. Manual plebes (like myself) don't get smart keys... but we get a manual transmission so it's still better :D:D
