I've found so many flat heads at the junk yard that I have a supply ready for breakage. As soon as I run out I'm getting a chisel.

Nah this one was up 3 miles past a closed road so you had to hike 3 miles in on pavement to get to it, puts most people off. Only saw a few others. But that 6 miles of pavement going downhill especially really screwed up my knees

nice, good choice on that trail to avoid others haha.

Best bust out the ice and ibuprofen, keep those legs elevated tn to prevent any further swelling of ur knees bc it'll only worsen ur symptoms. Gotta be careful man

yeah I really should have stretched first, gonna have some nasty shin splints tomorrow lol.

My hips are fucked from so many years of playing goalie in ice hockey, probably why my right knee hurts too. But the hips especially. I usually take naproxen for muscle aches seems to help a lot

meh, forgetting to stretch happens to everyone I wouldn't beat urself up for it. ( I'm one of em)

Ur hips are the same as my shoulders from swimming. I get the popping with rotations of my arm, and shoulder days at the gym are hell for me haha.

Naproxen is always a good choice, u don't really need to worry about taking it unless ur doing it daily like 3 times a day. You seem to already know a good routine, just make sure to stretch next time :)

Why open that early when yesterday you said you spent 9 hours on two oil changes? Doesnt seem like the demand is there to warrant an early opening....
