Something happen?

 

I enjoy it, collecting the stuff to 4 link the rear right now and then the front.
I want to get the wheel base as close to 110 inches as I can then it will be fun.

 

Got a few parts I can sell pretty quick

 

Too much flex up near the cab. They are rock solid in the middle of the slider and pretty good near the rear as well. The front flexes into my cab when i put the full weight of the truck on my highlift and was testing the strength in different parts. Hes going to gusset them for me for no charge. Just wondering if yours were like that.

Are they bolt on or weld on?

Do you have pictures of the front/rear of the sliders?

 

They are bolt on. But the don’t flex on the frame portion just the slider portion it seems.

I picked my truck up with a forklift and there was no flex in my sliders.

 

Take one of where they mount to to the frame in front and back please.

Do you know the wall thickness of the square tube?

He also offered to just make me another set with more mounting options and specific to my truck cause the used his 3rdgen as a template. Looks like there might be some minor differences. Don’t want to get out on some rocks after I start banging on the truck and it flexes into my cab.

 

Need gussets in the area area for sure
