Yeah, I'm waiting for the rear end to settle, before I crank up my front end.

Don't want to risk bro-lean and two alignments.

Bolt the hanger to shackle, then the shackle to the spring, then bolt it up to the frame. I had absolutely no problems with the install using this method.

    So I've heard.

I did this with the original hanger install, but since I was only installing the leafs this time, I was trying to avoid all of those bolts... hindsight 20/20 and with everyone's imput, I guess I chose poorly.

Are you guys that are using drill bits to get through the rivets burning through bits or has one set been enough?

I just angle grinded them flush, drilled like a 1/4 inch deep then used a ball joint press with a small bolt on it. Pushed them right out. Done with one and a half bits.

Glad I have a BJ kit and this method seems to be a more favorable than drill, drill, and drill. Expected forecast is sunshine this Saturday so can't wait to get into it.

Got it done this morning, thanks for the tip on the ball joint press. It worked awesome on the bottom rivets, but the press was to big to go over the top of the frame and to short to reach from the bottom for the rivets on the side. Drilling those out was WAY easier than i thought. Was not able to use the new shackles due to my springs.

After the full suspension install(coilover/uca/leaf pack)...i threw in the flag. Just didn't have it in me to do the hangers right after. I may attempt it this weekend providing weather is good or on Tuesday(Holiday and off work).
