Wow, I didn't know there were 2 sections to your sliders?

 

Yup! He said he was going to make me another set with gussets and more mounting options for free. Can’t beat his customer service.

 

Tell him to make you a set that folds under the bottom of the frame and bolts to it, out of one solid piece that runs the length of the frame. This will give you much more structural strength, when there are forces impacting from underneath.

if he is making you another set. 1/8” wall square is more than enough for sliders and is what all of the big name fabricators use. The frame plates and gussets need to be 3/16” though.

those sliders are almost definitely flexing at the frame plate though. Can easily be fixed with gussets, so not a big deal.

 

Well spring fever was in full effect at our house today. Mowed the yard and then washed everything with wheels. Now the question is what am I going to do for the rest of quarantine?
