Follow up story...(28 years later, I still remember).
Newlyweds, just bought our house...neighbor pops over and invites us to dinner. Great! Nice to meet you, all that horseshit. So I ask, "what will we be having at this supper dinner?" "We'll be having duck", says he. "I hate that shit", says I. "Oh, the way we cook it, you're gonna love it!" No. I won't.
Later that night..."so, what do you think?" "Like I said earlier, tastes like shit".
