I'm slower to learn I guess. I've never liked broccoli but this past Thanksgiving my sister in law made a dish with broccoli, cheese, onions, peppers and stuff. It looked and smelled so good I tried it. I ended up going back for seconds.

If you soak it in milk overnight you can cook it up just like venison however you like venison.
