$120 a year, so more like $10 a month. Not free but if you use Prime a lot and use it's streaming services it's definitely worth it

Plus the fact that everything is marked up to absorb the real costs of "free" shipping.

@cruiserguy and @Empty_Lord the axle needle bearings in the picture feel a little rough to me. I don't think these have been replaced or greased. The grease is white compared to the red grease used by the PO on the wheel bearings.

I'm not finding much information on how to replace these. Have you guys replaced these bearings?

That the lc? Just try repacking the grease and setting the tension. Usually gets them feeling smooth again

Mayor of LA is now saying we should expect the shut in order to last thru May, maybe even June. Fuck me, no way my company is going to sit by idle for that long. Can kiss my job goodbye if that becomes a county wide ordeal

Only real hope is that since we're technically not in the City of LA (just the county), our local town mayor can make a different decision should they see fit.

The inner side of spindle. The outer side of the CV axle mates up with the needle bearings.

Without actually feeling it I can’t really help. I work on those things once in a blue moon these days. The older straight axles are what I typically deal with.

I feel for you, but individualism isn't going to make this process any shorter... If we all actually stayed at home for 2-3 weeks, the virus would be eradicated. People continue to think they are fine, may not be showing symptoms, and continue to spread it. With this being reality, it will be more than June that the infected grows exponentially, the hospitals are overwhelmed and we reach the state that Italy is in of having to choose who gets care and who is sent home to die.

Yea I get it, just royally sucks is all. But I want this to be over as much as anyone so I'm on board with doing what we have to, just keeping my fingers crossed that this initial shut in order will have it's intended effect within the original time frame (1 month) rather than having to stretch it out for 2 or 3

Right now yes, until April 19th when it gets reevaluated. But if the state puts it back into the hands of each city/county after that then it becomes their call

At least that's how I'm understanding it
