Oh this is perfect I didn't even consider a roll up cover to stick under them. How do you like it?

Also what rack are you running? Did you have to find something specific to work with the cover?

I do, I really like it. I have a receiver mount too. I added the top rack and now it’s the only one I use solo and put the hitch on for my Wife and friends.

I have a Kuat 2 bike for the hitch and a KB VooDoo with a Rocky Mounts for the bed rack!

What do you guys do with your cell phone and keys while riding? Is there a small frame bag you like, or zip up pockets? I have an old Trek bag that goes on the handle bars, but its a little large for my liking. I was thinking of trying one that either goes under the seat, or one that goes near the front of the frame. If anyone has experience with these or a bag they like let me know. :)

Mainly this. But sometimes, I unzip my RTT cover and stash them up there if I'm just hitting the DJ park next to the parking lot and dont have any sort of pack with me.

Zip up hip pocket or stick it in the backpack if my shorts don't have them. I'm noy sure what the benefit of keeping it on the frame would be

Keep it in a frame bag means you dont have to run a hip pack or keep them in your pockets. Ever crash with a car key in your pocket? You'll only wanna do that once.

FedEx was supposed to deliver my 1up today, but it got pushed to Monday because they tried to deliver it at 5 AM. :frusty:

How many businesses do they expect to be open at 5am

Edit: I wanna go on record and say FedEx automated customer service is the worst I've seen.

Good point, I just always ride with a backpack so I have water & first aid so putting the phone/car keys in there just feels like the best option

It’s an “American Tonneau “. It’s a trifold. I just lay on my side and reach in.

No complaints at all. It handles everything I need it to handle and provides flexibility for my adventures -- I can configure it based on the specific requirements for every adventure.

It took me a little while to plan out all the parts so that they're fully compatible with one another, and there are still some annoying little nuances with some of the setup; but, overall, I am very satisfied with the end result. It's pretty badass. :D

[Edit] Here are the parts for my setup. My primary goal was to maintain easy and unrestricted access to the whole bed without having to remove anything above it.
    1. TruXedo TruXport Tonneau Cover
    2. Mobtown Low Height Bed Rack
    3. 1up Roof Tray (flush mount)
    4. 1up 2" Super Duty Single Rack (Hitch)
    5. 1up Add-On Frame (Hitch)
    6. Yakima Gatekeeper Tailgate Pad (Medium)
    7. Tepui Low-Pro 2 RTT

I agree with that 100%. When I crashed and ruined my shoulder, my sunglasses flew off my face and the keys in my jersey pocket on my back flew past me on the trail, which I luckily realized before heading back to the trailhead. Pretty much stash phone / keys / gear etc. on the bike ever since.

Tons of makers out there producing off the shelf bags, I prefer a cockpit bag since its so easy to get to. Holds a phone, keys, tool etc. and super fast and easy to access while riding.
If you are looking for a custom bag (colors / options) I would recommend Three Toes Threadworks. They made the full kit for my Blackborow and the bags are top notch and full custom for a reasonable price.
I also have an off the shelf bag from Wanderlust and its decent as well.
