Few things come into play. How much lift are you running on your front bumper?

You don’t want them to be too big, larger headlights tend to use up headlight fluid at a higher rate. Trust me, I’m an expert with 30 years of experience in the headlight fluid field.

If they rub just stick toilet paper around edges.

I heard it’s best to soak the toilet paper in WD-40 so it doesn’t squeak

WD-40 doesn't help with sqeaking. Just ask my Dakar leaf pack.

What you need is Silicon spray.

Do you plan on closing your hood and how much gas is in the tank? We don't have enough info.

I chose poorly and paid the price. Rubbed right into that rock. Wouldn’t have happened with smaller headlights.

Doesn’t matter what size they are, as long as they have ridiculous badging for the gram. Plus it’s another decal you can add to that mall overland build!

    Forget the bulging headlights.

Where can I get a PnP LED kit for my black Rockstar rims? Need side light for the lot lizards at the now locked down mall.

Speaking of which, how sad is that. Gas is cheap. Malls are closed. All dressed up in stickers, mud terrains and draped with overlanding gear, yet no place to pose. :(

TRUTH! Gas is cheaper than it's been in 15 years and you can't travel anywhere.

Might not rub if you keep the Blinker Fluid topped off.

I kind of like it when the headlights rub together.

Well, that depends on the bra construction and the desired cleavage effect. Larger headlights need more room, obviously, and they tend to shimmy more, so more support and/or more limited usage on certain "terrain" may be needed. Without numbers and manual handling-inspection, it's hard to determine.
