You need to dock the patties before you fry them. Docking means take your finger and push into the patty 4-5 time around the patty just doNt go through.

Put a couple thumb prints in the middle of the patty. Wife uses a spoon

 

So you make up your patty, while it’s in your hand or on a plate or something take the pad of your index finger and push it down into the patty in 4 or 5 different spots just far enough to where you don’t put a hole in the meat.

I thin you can travel between places of residence if you have more than one. So like in Franks case I would think that’s ok.

Thanks, I wanted to have my mom rest for a day since she’s been so stressed out from dealing with my grandmothers bank accounts and other documentation

Don’t grill in full sunlight with the lid up. Likely burn stuff if you do.

 

Just build your fire on one side to cook on but have a warm side to set burgers if needed. You probably not cooking many
I personally like burgers on a flat top better
