Dana said it will take a complete shutdown of everything in order for them to cancel UFC fights. The biggest problem isn't going to be finding a venue, but will be the state commissions revoking all licenses for a certain period, which is what NSAC just did.

 

Sure they lose the live gate but at least they got the other viewership. Smart move at least at the 11th hour here, plus all the traveling to get to it

 

Woodley Vs. Edwards cancelled, or at least Edwards is out.

 

Gilbert Burns posted that he was offered the fight and is just waiting on Woodley to agree.

 

This is pretty lame. I can't remember if it was before or after Conor beat Cowboy but I remember going on a rant, "sarcastically saying" that his first choice was BJ Penn or Diego Sanchez.
Well, after Diego's last win via DQ from an illegal knee from Michel Pereira Conor tweeted this. No disrespect to BJ or Diego and I know that it's not likely that Conor is going to fight Diego next
but I still think it was a pretty lame call out for obvious reasons..

I saw this coming, Saturday I said it wouldn't be likely that these cards would happen just based on flight restrictions.
I don't even care about the next three cards but it will suck if Khabib vs. Ferguson gets canceled, because I'm also really looking forward to Rose vs. Andrade re-match.

 

well they had a CageWarriors 113 show in England last night on UFC Fightpass. Good Lord their announcer is absolutely Atrocious! If you haven't seen, i'd love to hear your opinion as I'm pretty sure i'd rather have the CoronaVirus than listen to that clown ever again!
Also, Darren "The Dentist" Stewart fought on the card which was kinda strange and he's pretty much trash and should stay on UFCFightpass in my opinion. Watching his boring style is prob worse than going to the dentist. I'm joking mostly but he's just not high level IMO. I miss MMA and Boxing!

About a week ago I heard that Khabib was flying to Russia to complete his training for UFC 249, and today Russia canceled all flights leaving the country due to coronavirus.
