I see your point, we all have limits to our quarentine. im still working and wash hands alot anyway at work, and sanitizer so i have no issue with it, if i had under lying conditions then would be more strict.

Sunday chicken is awesome, just have to get there early. It goes quick, especially here in Florida. All the seniors eat dinner at 2 and the chicken is gone.

We order hot foods, leave everything in the sun for a bit, transfer to sterile plates, then 2 minutes in the microwave. UV, heat and microwaves are very bad for viruses.

So another store down the road laid off 3 people. All the same family.
Father got drunk and went back. Threats happened. Poss the kissing of cars...
    Not good.
They are keeping it quiet and hard to get info. But I heard they locked down the service area.

Can’t imagine a whole family at once....

    thats got to be rough.
i know it sucks for folks like you having to be out in the public day in and day out and as much as you don't want to be there right now the alternative isn't exactly appealing either.
we got word today that even with the SIP order we are staying open as we are classified as construction so we are essential. not sure how putting granite countertops in 1%-ers vacation homes is essential but whatever. i get a paycheck and i get to work from home. sucks for the guys who do have to go to the jobsites everyday though.

Logistics gave us a "quick run-down" of WTF is going on o_O

    1) no more customer contact; EVERY delivery will now be photo bombed and NOTHING going back ; another carrier will handle JUST those items

    2) starting Saturday, yes , essentials are still 6 days a week  BUT nothing over 50 lbs... TV's, entertainment units and anything NOT DEEMED "true need" are stopped until end of April

    3) Every truck will still go out with 2 people, no lay-offs ...BUT rotations will begin..... No more 6 day paychecks

Evening everyone..... Be good, be safe and most of all... tell that person staring back from the mirror.....It will be OK...:hattip::hattip:

As long as I have insurance and working reduced hours I can handle that situation.
Getting sick is my greatest fear as I could hurt someone else and not know it.
If I do get sick odds are not in my favor.....

Still too many people out on the roads.

We are now looking at a big increase in the next 6 days and nowhere near the possible spike.

Went to the market and there was alot more on the shelf but lines where still long.
    No milk, eggs or to.

    Got steaks to cook.

We made a trip to a local grocery store today. Last week my wife placed an order online and other than the fact it took 8 days to get a pick up date, it worked great. Got all but one item on the list. They have you park in a designated area and bring it out to you.
Saw gas for $1.55 but of course we had 3/4 of a tank.

It's been Crazy for the past few weeks.

I am so thankful that I still have a job and I can do it from home.

It's been a while but here's the update. I work IT for an architect firm in Dallas, TX. We have 750+ employees worldwide and about 460+ in Dallas. It's not a huge company. In a matter of a week, we got everyone, the entire firm, working remotely. A huge success! There is still a little adjustment but we are doing well.

    How's it been out there?

Traffic patterns still look normal here

San Bernardino County is currently 950 tested with 64 confirmed and 3 deaths . The Stater Bros store close to my place is not crowded at all and all shelves fully stocked . The shelves are still bare were the paper towels , TP and sanitizer is

Bottled water is readily available with 35 count cases and allowed (4) cases per family
