    My problem, rough idle when starting, no power. Replaced plugs, coil packs and injectors. Runs better but still getting a rough idle at start up then smooths out.

    Sounds like it has a problem running in open-loop. Do you have a scan tool that can read live data on MAF, air/fuel ratio, and fuel trims? If not, do some basic stuff like cleaning the MAF sensor and throttle body, and address any vacuum leaks. If no improvement, don't throw more parts at it, take it to a shop to get diagnosed.
