I haven't attempted Walmart in a couple weeks. There's a line to get in now.

big river management area in RI. It was only 20 ish minutes from providence. Nice area. I’m not in shape nor the right weight though. Good god I haven’t done much since September and it shows. Where I used to work the mountain bikers were piddley shit. I got my ass handed to me by the riders at this place though. I figured it would be a lax early season double track type ride. Noooooope.

yeah it’s adapting to a different type of life that’s for sure. I’m not saying my wife and I wouldn’t/couldn’t adapt, but honestly having everything available when we want. Not bad. And as noted above within 20 minutes I’m in the woods. Without the whole quarantine mumbo jumbo it’s never crowded out that way, even though it was a little busy today.

I went to Walmart yesterday around noon in seekonk. No big deal. Save a lot this morning for some groceries. I intended to get bread and that’s it but they had fresh not frozen chicken thighs. Hell they might have been once frozen but whatever fresh enough. I’ve been eating canned and frozen for a few weeks now, which isn’t terrible and I can do it, but I splurged and got myself some chicken

no lines. Waited behind like two people both at Walmart yesterday and then save a lot today. :notsure:

Who wants to help me with my speaker install lol. Rears were easy, fronts are components and are not getting power unless the original tweeter is plugged in

I suck at electronics, but is there no power wire on the harness you have for the components? Or is it only on the tweeter harness?

some guys on here seem to know alot so I bet you'll have an answer soon!

And I'm pretty sure dogs are loving it. Everyone is out walking their dogs lately just as an excuse to get out of the house.

From what I remember, the tweeters are wired in series with the lower 6x9's (or 6.5", can't fully recall). If you want to bypass the tweeters and remove them completely, you need to connect the same colored wires together that feed into/out of the tweeters to still power the new components in the door. I am guessing you are not installing an external amplifier and using the head unit to power the whole system? If you are using an amp, you can run new speaker wire from the component speakers in the door to the amp and ignore all the factory wiring.

Not sure what they were thinking by having the tweeters be the first component in the series connection instead of running them in parallel, but pretty easy to get around by bypassing them.

    You will change impedance.
Unless the replacements were intended as stock replcemebts without the component tweeter....

Motorcycle is officially out for the season! Going to have to do something with the carb though, having trouble in the higher revs. I think it’s a fuel issue, runs perfect up to about 6k rpms, then starts to sputter a bit. It’ll keep revving, just sputters a bit under hard, high rpm acceleration. But, great to be out on 2 wheels comfortably in March!

Just bought some shares of Vanguard's Total Stock Market ETF. Figured it's low now, so it'll be interesting to see how it does in the coming months.

I've gotten old over the winter. I just locked up my back somehow. I had a super productive day, and all of a sudden I slowed down and I'm like, and I cannot sit up straight.

    Today's accomplishments:
    - Two trees chopped up
    - Driver side Corvette carpet cleaned
    - Driver side Corvette recovered seat in
    - New driver and passenger side Corvette sun visors in
    - Pro Grille back in
    - Pro Fogs back in
    - BFGs up from the cellar into the garage

Not as productive as I had been before two kids, but decent. The wife and I were taking turns watching the kids, so it's at least progress. Tomorrow's supposed to be crappy, so maybe I throw my BFGs on. The Vette's ready to drive out of the garage and then I can throw the passenger side in, swap off the storage tires and be good. Exciting times ahead.

Damn, all I did was cut up tree limbs in the side yard..though I'm old, so I guess that counts for something

I cleaned up and burned all the sticks and branches that fell in my yard this winter. We have this weird tree in our backyard that looks cool when it's bloomed, but after it drops these massive green bean looking things everywhere. Pain in the ass to clean up, but they burn like a christmas tree.

Then i did some fitness in the garage. Basically the same thing I would have done in a normal world.
