For sure. People are pretty damn awesome when they're all pulling the same direction.

Definitely. I've been telling my team at each update teleconference how amazing they've been and how proud I am of them. No complacency, though. All keeping our nose to the grindstone. Except weekends.:D

I'm gonna bling my grill out like the front of the taco.

Messed around with a glass cutter today. It isn't terribly level, but it I did sand it down and polish the edges, so it's nice and smooth. Good weight and size for mixers!

My brother made one that turned out even better.

That's pretty cool. I have an empty Blanton's bottle laying around and I haven't been able to come up with a good idea on what to do with it.

Its grenade shape might not make it suitable to make a glass out of it, being too wide and all.

Should do something nice for them on company time once we can all be around people again. I used to take my team to a lunch and something find to do. Did big movie release, Top Golf, Escape Rooms. Made sure it was on company time so that it was a work treat. :)

How'd you do that? I've been wanting to do something similar to this, but thought of using a tile wet saw (which I don't have).

@Misplaced Nebraskan got my Tequila glass designs done. Should be running them tomorrow or Monday. Then I’ll be cracking open the new bottle. :)

The search for more Michters continues. Picked up this 10 year today from where we bought the EH Taylor from. $12/shot and I bought the rest of the shots they had. $96 for what you see. Normally, I think I’d pass on this but my lady friend definitely pushed me into it. I told her if/when I find an unopen bottle, I’m still buying it

Found a bottle of Chivas 18 at 50% off. Ended up being $55 out the door. Can't complain about that! 20200328_171249.jpg

Excellent scores! I've yet to be disappointed in Michters. I'll be digging into the 10 year soon. Well... Other than the 2 ounces I donated to my bottle already.

The lady friend and I have loved everything Michters we’ve tasted. The first one each of us tried was the American and it was an instant winner. We went American, rye and bourbon, sour mash, and now the 10 year. Hoping to find some toasted barrel finishes next

Started with straight rye, then American, barrel strength rye(sample only and so good), M10 tonight!

Bourbon and sour mash are available here just haven't tried for some reason.
    Toasted series... Someday.
