I've had the Walboro 190 pump from the URD kit installed as-is for 3 years and no issues.

Be forewarned, the Walboro fuel pumps are noisy as hell when they're hot. After a long wheeling trip or highway drive, you can hear mine whining from inside the cab with the windows up while driving.

It's just the way Walboro pumps are, annoying at times but nothing to worry about. Mine's done it for years

Not sure why they haven’t updated it. But it’s no longer available.

As long as their software updates continue and are shared among other devices it doesn't seem to be too big of a deal hopefully.

@Anthony250 bought one of these and it went in easily - he has the 7th. Ordered one for my rig.

Where are you guys putting your 7th injector control modules? I don’t have space behind the glovebox or behind the passenger kick panel. Hmmm

Also, another question. Is there a way to have my Innovate PSB-1 and 7th injector kit talk to each other, or am I going to have to have both units connected to the blower with vacuum tubes?

I have mine in the glove box. You can fit it behind the kick panel others Have done it.

What do you mean talk to each other? The 7th injector alters timing, adds fuel, and adds fuel in closed loop.

Your PSB-1 reports your true AFR.

no big deal to have 2 vac lines running into the cab.

Won’t work, my cruise control module is behind the kick panel.

I was reading in the PSB-1 manual that there’s a wire that can be connected to an analog input on data logger or standalone ECU. I guess the 7th isn’t considered one of those?

I was just seeing if I could minimize the amount of vacuum lines in order to minimize the chance of leaks.

Mine is up/behind the glove box. Only downside is it limits how much crap you can store in it.

URD recommended the kick panel IIRC but it wouldn't fit there easily for me. But you do wanna have it hidden away somewhere in case you get a nosy smog tech (if you live somewhere where that matters)

The 7th does not have a datalogger.

Emissions check here isn’t in depth to the point where this would matter so I’m not worried about that
Gotcha, thanks. I’m learning more and more by the day!

I decided I didn’t have a good alternative place to mount the 7th control module. It’s just a hair too big to fit in the area above the airbag control module under the stock ash tray/dual 12v outlets. I ended up riveting it to the top of the glovebox and drilling holes in the side for the wires. I’m not thrilled to lose the storage space in the already-tiny glovebox, but I’ll get over it once I finally hear this supercharger whine.

I discovered I suck at soldering, but I got all the wires tapped/spliced for the 7th tonight with the exception of the two that actually run to the injector itself. I’ll knock those out tomorrow and tidy up the excess wiring, route the vacuum line, and then this part of the puzzle is finished.

Next item of business is the Innovate PSB-1 and I’ll probably save the Transgo shift kit for last.

Oh, and I ordered the Gates belt for $13.20 from RockAuto.

Got the PSB-1 wired up for a test. Next item of business will be painting my pillar pod. Anybody have a particular paint code that matches the gray interior plastic trim?

Here is where I welded the O2 sensor bung.

Just that thread, although many of their tips and tricks apply to the 3.4l as well. If I have a question about supercharger performance I usually ask in that thread, lot of knowledgable guys in it
