It’s just been hard for me to find the perfect balance of fats, carbs and proteins and what foods to cook to get em all in. There is a ton of info online and wouldn’t mind someone just breaking it down for me and getting me a diet lined out. I overthink shit.

    I feel the same.

Plus when you get really into it, there are multiple different diet philosophies and theres no one diet for all people.
You have to be willing to try different approaches and find out what fits your individual mold.
No expert is going to be able to provide you with that information. Your body will not respond the same way someone elses will with the same diet.

It would be nice to have someone use voodoo magic to tell you what and how to eat so your body responds in the most ideal way.
    Truth is, that doesn’t exist.

Never be afraid to try something new and be willing to try something new to test it out. If you get yourself in the same ol same ol nutrition wise you get yourself in the same ol same ol body lol

Ran 1.5mi at just over an 8 minute mile pace yesterday. Had to drive 150miles one way for a fucking treadmill.

No sir. We just got a foot of snow, it started melting and then froze over again, very crusty and slick!
I normally don’t run because I am lazy but it was for an employer pt test.

Only the portion vehicles drive on. Not shoulders. With the amount of idiots around I’m not going to risk anything. There are a lot of sidewalks but they’re buried currently.

We're in the melt freeze time and it sucks for running with puddles everywhere.

Yeah I agree. I avoid running on roads. I know people have been hit by cars.

I’ve run on ice and mild snow (yak tracks are the bomb) but cant do a foot of snow.

Caught a pretty awesome push/pull pump at home today by getting crafty with a yeti cooler, my shooting sandbags, a couple bottle jacks, and my carport rafters. High reps and tempo make easy things hard. Keep moving people.

Made a 20 lb medicine ball today using an old basketball, a bag of sand, and a roll of gorilla tape.

Made a big mistake last night.
My cat knocked something onto the floor so I instinctively just walked over and squatted down with both legs to pick it up.
Wasn’t till all my weight made it to the ground I remembered not supposed to be doing that.

Knee has been pretty sore since but not painful. So everything should be fine.

Tomorrow though, no excuses, I start lifting again. So don’t let me wussy out.
