Nah boat ramp was flowing today so we didn’t go to it. But we did watch a 4 door Jeep on treps make it up. Super impressive.

And I know Brian’s made the hill before but it’s been his kryptonite so I had to give him hell for it. It was his compressor not working that stopped him.

He also climbed the hill directly across from that one, the middle way up. I was impressed...

It was a pretty easy ride. I’ll say Chocco has eroded a lot from the rain. The easy stuff is still easy but the hard stuff is like really hard now lol

Here is the text from the latest Mesoscale Discussion from the Storm Prediction Center:

    SUMMARY
A squall line is organizing and shifting east across Tornado Watch #71. A new tornado watch will likely be issued by 9:30 pm CDT.

    Areas affected…
    Northern MS
    Northwest AL
    Western/Middle TN

    DISCUSSION…
Large-scale forcing appears to be aiding upward evolving squall line across the Mid-South this evening. Over the last few hours a slow maturation has been noted and its forward propagation is on the order of 35kt to the east. This speed/movement would place the leading edge of strongest convection near the eastern edge of Tornado Watch #71 around 10:00 pm and through much of Middle TN into northwestern AL by 1:00 am. A new tornado watch will likely be issued by 9:30 pm.

The latest update from the Storm Prediction Center has now extended the Enhanced Risk southward to include the northwestern corner of Alabama, mainly for locations north and west of Cherokee (Colbert Co.) to Florence to St. Florian (Lauderdale Co.).

A Slight Risk continues south and east of that for locations along and north of a line from just north of Millport (Lamar Co.) to just north of West Point (Cullman Co.) to just south of Hytop (Jackson Co.).

The Marginal Risk now extends south of the slight risk to a line stretching from Gainesville (Sumter Co.) to Tarrant (Jefferson Co.) to Sand Rock (Cherokee Co.).

I couldn’t stand it anymore. We went camping at my grandparents farm. If my neck holds and I make it all night I might be up for more. 83E5C823-A576-4FDB-8E61-5FE08468B07E.jpg
