Panel is 1/2" short along the short axis. Would have been easier to fix before I put an arc on the lower rails, but I can fix it. It's just annoying because I make at least one boner on every project and I'm fucking tired of it.

I have a Delta 6x36 that is about 20 yrs old. It still works good but you can’t go really fast with it. It suits my needs for now.

Ouch. I usually draw it out, measure it 5 times, drink a beer, double check my drawing, re measure, drink another beer, forget what I was doing, check my phone,... What were we talking about again?

It's not too bad. I push it around. I can lift one side. :notsure: I imagine the weight of the other side helps with that though.

I just got rid of one of those. Figured I didn't need it with the 8". Solid machine

Not much progress but I got all the lath joinery cut in my side rails today for my "lattice" panels I'm working on

Whenever a client asks me about exterior projects I usually tell them to look into marine varnish even though I haven't actually used it, that's why I was asking.
BTW, nice looking ride  This is my 2015.

Holy chit, I've done a lot already!!
Not today, but yesterday. I built a router fence for my father in laws router table. I'm sure the fence is in his workshop somewhere, but I wasn't going to go to my in laws to look for it. Not the prettiest, but worked well.
And I needed that to do the round over on the slats I made. Got a park bench from my brother that needed rebuilding. #isolation projects

One day I'm going to get that chonky boi to complement the little guy.

Fixed the panels, even though now one set of rails is about a mil too short. I'll fix it with some dust and glue.

The rest of today was experimenting with two part epoxy and filling voids. Tomorrow I sand that down and prefinish the edges of the panels.

I use Spar Urethane on all my outdoor projects. Just bought a 1 Gal. can yesterday...Lowes has them on sale. It's very thick, sometimes it helps to thin it with 50% mineral spirits for the first few coats.

Plan vs execution. Top and doors to go, but it's being put to use as soon as the finish gasses off.

Cheers y'all.... I'd like to take a moment to appreciate the fact that we still get to make things as fine as this most recent Nintendo/Sega museum display piece. Theres a lot of bad going around right about now, and I'm so glad I see so much beauty still being put out into the world. This lone star light is for each and every one of you!!!!! keep making beautiful things!

Just ordered a 25’ RCA cable so I can run it under the house to the TV.

This battlestation will be fully armed and operational!

Very nice. Where do you get your plans? Or do you just use sketchup yourself.

Currently speeding through a cheap buffet table for my wife. Quick and dirty. Inexpensive wood yes, but I remember how much I hate working with contractor grade dimensional lumber.
