Things just got "real" again o_Oo_O

Boss man just told ALL drivers we are doing route by ourselves as helpers are on a minimum 2 week lay-off BUT package size is down to 150 lbs... NOT 50 ....That is almost my weight....

We just had a "heart to heart" and my exact words were... Nah, this is the NET....

Let us say I will NOT be on a route till my "help" is back.... Furlough away BUT I will not get hurt for any $$$$$$

Afternoon Everyone !!!!!! Just got back home from a food run to Wendy's after a little scenic and enjoyable drive to Barstow

The traffic flow up here looks like any other weekend and the 15fwy to and from I-40 looks normal

    Different things, in different places.

I was on the road for my 25 minute (avg.) commute to work this morning. There's maybe an 8-mile stretch of road that's all two-lane highway. Normally, I HATE getting passed before it goes from 4-lane to 2, because it's impossible to pass any pokey-butt that's slowing you down. There's way to much traffic, both north-bound and south, to even try to pass.

When I hit this stretch this morning, I was actually able to use my brights to be able to see a bit better. I never turned them off, there was NO traffic.

I guess what I'm saying is I don't see GM/Ford/Nissan comming out with big horse power motors in their small trucks anytime soon.

I believe they would sell a ton more top tier trucks if you could get them with a more powerful motor but I also know they have people running those #s all the time to move more product and they don't see a market

Think the 3.5 should have a Turbo or Supercharger option for all levels.

WOW! I'd really like your Aunt! They didn't make many Fox's in .410 and people fight over them today when one shows up on the auction sites. Despite the fact that most people can't hit squat with a 410. Growing up 410 shells were cheap as they should be, less lead. Now they are through the roof stupid expensive.

Here's Hennessy perf again with a supercharger upgrade for the GM V6 that is 50 state compliant ,3 yr 36 month warranty on the supercharger and won't have issues with vehicle warranty

Best thing is 450hp at the crank / 377 hp at the wheels

To me it was just another one of those things you see at just about anyone's home and never thought anything about. It was just part of who she was to me. It probably didn't cost a whole lot initially. Stevens/Fox/Savage weren't all very elaborate. Functional but nothing fancy.
