    Correct. I've never needed one for my 06, but I can't say for 100% certain about 16+. The only time I've experienced flickering is from a bad ballast.

    I like the idea, but not the short life of those bulbs. I'm on my 3rd year of my Hylux HIDs (which cost like 60-80 bucks total).

    Yeah, I had my topper first, then added my HC bumper with the swing arm. I didn't see any loss in MPGs even with the additional weight. Probably would have noticed it if I did it the other way.

    It's the integrated swing out for ATH's rear bumper. I don't know the name for the type of the latch it uses, but I believe it's this one.
