Looks really good. Practical and useful. I stayed with the 245's and doing the lift soon. You can't beat the look of a stock tire on a lifted truck. Look no further than the NAPCO.

I know right? Almost like my avatar. The utilitarian look to me has always been cool. Don't know why, love what everyone else does but I just like the "business" end of the game.

I had a 62 back in the day. Same color, 2wd flathead 6, on the column std.
Brings back memories, somewhere I have a picture of it.
Lol. Sloppy linkage. Avoided stop signs and traffic lights. Used to have to get out pop the hood and pull on the linkage to get it out of 1st. At 16 years old I didn't care, it was a truck and it was mine. Uncle gave it to me for $1 to make it legal. Loved that truck and my father's brother was one of my best friends! Boy did that pic resurrect some memories.

Memories are what drives me know. Short story, hope they don't kick my ass off. In 1966 Dad took me to the County Fair and we're walking around looking. Turned the corner and there were 3 1950's Dodge Power Wagons sitting there from the National Forest Service. I was hooked, line and sinker. I was only 10 but I knew this was where I needed to be. Several years later I'm backpacking in Shenandoah National Park, hiking down a fire road and round the corner comes a 1957 NFS, Green, Powerwagon. My knees almost buckled. LOL. The Ranger stopped and talked to me for almost 2 hours. I had to make camp right there. He left and I have never forgot that truck or that Ranger.

Yeah! Love them. I researched this forum and this seem to be a highly recommended tire. So I pulled the trigger and got a good deal on Black Friday last year.

With the right access holes I'm sure it is possible to mount one and reach it. Got my bracket in today. Need to order the last cable to go to the battery. Then clean up the wiring.

Got my fishing rod holders the other day, need to find a good place to mount them.

Also finally finished my amp cover. The amps are mounted behind the cubby panel, then I cut out this section and bent some plastic to cover it. Ignore the discoloring, it should go away as I use the panel.

Hey KnighT4CO, does your cargo netting in the bed securely hold 5-gal gas cans and 20 lb propane tanks?
