    Looks like it mounts to the hood hinge and the battery ground bolt? why the ground bolt....

    You use the top bolt in the hood bracket on both sides to mount the brackets and screw the studs on the fender in existing threaded holes on each side , but you use the battery ground cable hole and use the stud and take out the original battery ground bolt. About 15-20 minutes and done

    don’t think that would work for me. I have ditch light brackets that use the same holes. The bolts wouldn’t be long enough.
