    Dusted off the weights today.
Did not feel great. My recent laziness is apparent in my stamina.

I’m starting a push pull routine this week along with my ketogains macros again.

I’m ready to get back to it. Hoping we get back to the gym in another couple weeks.

Gyms here are closed until at least Apr 30th. Schools are closed until at least May 15th. I’m guessing none of this is better or fixed and we are still like this (or worse) in June. Which sucks big ass because my son will be here by then. At this point the only thing I care about is closing on my new house on April 6th and GTFO of my in-laws :bananadead:

My gym has only announced closure till April 1 and work says were remote through this week.
Schools are closed till May 1 though.
I assume things are going to get extended a couple more weeks at least.

I can’t fathom this going on till May let alone June. I’ll go crazy.

I don’t see any reason why it won’t continue. No one here is abiding by the stay home policies. It just started Friday and is at the county level but tomorrow starts at a state level and becomes a misdemeanor if you’re out for “non essential” reasons. People aren’t taking it serious and think it’s free time off and are doing things like going to home improvement stores to load up on garden stuff

just stay the fuck home for a few days so we can get back to normal

Dude no lie on the home improvement stores... I drove past a Lowe's today and the parking lot was fucking packed. It maybe had 4-5 open spots.

It’s more than just a few days. The virus isn’t going away until a cure is found. After 2 months then it’ll just flare back up after we go back to normal. At some point it’s going to be a discussion of how long we can stay inside and if it’s all worth it. So many of us are infected that don’t even know it cause we don’t show symptoms. It’s all a cluster and if they follow through on this 30
Day extension then that $1,200 check ain’t gonna help anyone and this economy is gonna make people more sick than the virus.

Thats whats frustrating. Businesses are suffering and people who work in certain industries are suffering all for a bunch of privileged assholes to fuck it up.

I have house shit I want to get done but don’t have the supplies but I won’t go get it right now.

Lots say this virus was here before all this started. Tons of people say they got sick BAD after SEMA. They just didn’t have the test for it so nobody knew what it was. The more testing we do the more people will be found with it. This is all a wild time to be alive and nobody knows wtf to do or what’s going to happen.

I’m convinced I had it back around thanksgiving. Terrible cough, congested af, felt like death. I went to see a doc and all they told me was I had a viral infection and it would be 14-18 days to clear and to take some Robitussin o_O

Congested is a good sign you didn't have it. It's a dry cough, fever and difficulty breathing that are the strongest signs.

Also, it's similar to Sars. And corona viruses have existed. Ppl could easily have caught one of those.

Yeah, I know this feeling. The first week was rough but patience pays off. By the second week it was a lot better and week three was normal.

Same thing. Got really sick right after Thanksgiving. Was off enough the med check lady said I had to go to the ER.
They said a virus so wait it out. I just couldn’t breathe and had a bad fever. No congestion.
But it hit like a freight train for 3 days then just went away.
What ever it was, was bad enough where I know someone with asthma or another lung issue would be hospitalized if they got it. My buddy almost took me to his hospital the last morning.
What ever it was, was nasty.

And now that I think about it two weeks before I got sick I traveled for a work conference.

I know I’ll bounce back pretty quick. Always do. Hardest part is getting the routine back lol

Depends on the county. All food places are take out only. Breweries are now doing delivery and filling literally everything on tap lol. All beach parking lots are closed. I rode the Harley up to el Segundo (north of me about 40 miles, LA county) to meet a friend to do an exchange of bike parts. All LA county beaches are completely shut down. Can’t even surf. OC beaches don’t seem to be completely shut down, at least by me. Still surfers out. No open parking lots though. But that’s just the Huntington area really. I haven’t ventured south, I heard some south OC beaches are shut down completely as well.
Freeways are EMPTY though. On my ride yesterday I was goin bout 90 at times because There was no one around for me to gauge my speed without looking down at the speedometer lol

Any pics of the bike? Thought about riding here, just been thinking about everyone’s state of mind and how distracted they are during this time. Might not be bad since most people are indoors tho

The freeways and streets are just empty here. I was on the 405 and no traffic. I was the only one getting off the exit down to El Segundo. That would never happen. It’s a great time to ride.
My bikes the one in front. They’re the same bike though, just a year apart. I got the sissy bar from him yesterday.

I saw some videos today of the las vegas strip and freeways surrounding the area. Its DEAD. Totally crazy.

Glad to see the beaches shut down for people who just hang. I don’t think surfing or jogging is an issue as long as social distancing.

I am worried about the microbrewers. Gonna be sad if I see some people go :(

The issue with surfing is that the best breaks get super crowded. So there’ll be spots that are slammed with people and definitely not 6ft apart. The LA county beaches you can’t even jog on the paved strip/boardwalk whatever you wanna call it. I think the OC ones are going to start that but not sure.

ya the breweries are for sure getting hit. But seems like they’re doing ok for now with all the to go sales. They seem to still all be brewing. Lots are selling kegs now to the public where they wouldn’t have before. Selling crowlers of EVERYTHING on tap. One place that does a lot of BBA stuff is doing them but they’re charging up to $40 for one. No thank you.
