This is why im leaning more towards a U.P. trip. We did one of the eastern part of the UP 3 years ago, still have the western part to explore. That would be a good trip for yall to come along on. You and your wife would love it up there. And at that time of year the day temps wont exceed 75 and the night temps are 45-60. Lots of mountian biking options as well. Plus camping on lake superior is awesome.

I just want to move the fridge out of the truck and build the rack a little taller to put mountain bikes under it. Nothing crazy, oh also need to lift it a bit more. Still gunna be pretty simple.

Oh and there may be some bigger tires in the works for next year. Not sure about 35's but may very well go with an almost 34.

Loved mine. Its just to much to set up and tear down everything involved in ground tenting with 5 people. If it were just me and 1 of my daughters going everywhere id get a t3 and call it a day. May still do that for weekend wheeling trips.

Lol yes sir. Time to get the family more active. Gunna buy the girls some cheapo walmart specials as they will out grow them. The wife is gunna get something a little better, was going to get her a GT like what im going to get (same one you had) but she wants comfort so im gunna get her a hybrid of somekind. The bikes will go with us on our adventures and be used for exploring around camp when set up.

yesssssss. they'll be great for that.

I actually still have my GT just to hold onto and keep around, mainly in case somebody is interested in riding and doesn't have a bike they can tag along on it. Both Andrew and Trey have already asked me if I was going to sell it but it's not worth anything. Brand new only $300 and I've ridden this guy hard haha. you'll enjoy it for what it sounds like you're going to do.

@stronghammer if you get a chance to before Trey does can you take the front wheel off your bike and tell me how tall it is at its highest point with the fork on the ground?.
