I build websites, not houses, but I tell those who ask almost the same thing. You can find cheaper than me, but I guarantee the product won't be as good. You can find better than me (big enterprise level agencies), but I'll start looking pretty affordable when you do.

I feel your pain. I just tell people no when they ask me to build a mobile app. When someone asks it's usually for a full featured Android app that involves multimedia and cloud storage and they only want to pay $500 but I should do it for the exposure because it could blow up and make me a millionaire anyways

Just had the bathroom done a year ago. It didn't visually come out the way we were hoping but the work itself was good so I think it's going to be another 9-10 years before we revisit that one.

 

I will be needing tile work at some point in the future... But first I need to buy the house. Need any tax work done?
