Hey all, wanted to start a thread about what is in my opinion the best leaf packs available for these trucks. A member on here used to rep them but no longer is. The company can be reached @ats_springs on IG or at https://www.autoandtrucksprings.com/. They are located in Pennsylvania

I’ve been running their 4+1 pack for 6 months or so now and it blows away all other leaf packs I’ve ridden on with its combo of ride quality and weight capacity. No need to buy an expensive Expo pack, these are close to Dakar pricing with much better performance! These things are FLEXY as well and feel great on trails.

They have the capability to tailor their packs (yes custom packs) for your needs but have 2 main packs.

The first is the 4+1 (5 leaf option ). That spring normally provides around 3-4" of height (on a 2nd gen, -1” for 3rds) depending on what kind of weight you have in the rear. I would compare this to a Dakar HD but without the tendency to squeak and a smoother ride. I ran this pack with sliders, bed rack, and RTT. I got around 3” on my 2017 DCSB.

The 5+1 (6 leaf option) will still net you around the same height, maybe a tad more but it will hold any extra weight better. These are good options for guys who have a good amount of constant weight on the rear at all times. (I would say 500+ lbs). I would compare this to the Dakar HD w/ AAL.

They also offer an AAL to turn your 4+1 into the 5+1 (which I am going to install next week) in case you add any weight down the line. Plus they have made leafs in the past to offer 3” of lift with no weight in the rear for those who don’t carry things full-time.

    Pricing
    4+1 pack: $440 per pair
    5+1 pack: $510 per pair
    Plus shipping

Every spring will have front and rear spring eye bushings pressed into the eyes with a grade 8 center bolt to help with strength for when guys are offroading.

With all due respect, why so Cynical?

I’d like to clear with them that they are ok with me passing on contact info as they are a small shop. They had a person on here representing them before so they may not want direct contact.

I do not have all pricing info, all I can provide is how much I spent on my AAL($160 + ship for the pair and U-Bolts). As soon as I get more info from them I can add it

They are a great pack as as far as I know the design hasn’t changed. I will try to get some pics dragged over, thanks for finding the thread!

I didn’t see his post as being at all cynical.
I also got a shady vibe about the way you made that post.
Posting their website afterword helped a lot with that. But the part about you “clearing with them” comes off as strange. Of course a commercial business with a commercial website wants people to see their products and make purchases from them. It’s the whole reason they have a commercial business license and spent time and money on their website.
It’s great of you to pass on a good word about their products, but you did it in a strange and shady way.
I mean no offense, I’m just being honest

Didn’t mean for it to come off as shady, I wanted to clear it with them as the previous member never posted any of their info directly. Wasn’t sure if it was due to wanting to make a buck in upcharges or if they didn’t want to work direct with nationwide consumers. Maybe they don’t usually ship the items and he did the shipping for them? I assumed there was some reason why he was involved as a middleman and I wanted to make sure that I wasn’t putting them in an unwanted spot, That’s all.

Yeah, that’s cool. No worries. I was thinking there had to be more to it by what you posted. I meant it in a way of constructive criticism. I was trying not to come off as a dick. You know how it is with reading posts. No voice inflection, body language, etc.

    All good!
Btw all here are some pics of my rig, this is the 4+1 pack. Bedsides are chopped in prep for install of a HC rear that’s at the powder coater now. Front is lifted around 1-1/2. Rear is likely over 3” now that the hitch and bumper are off

Bobby is awesome and they can build you almost anything you want. They build stuff from little itty bitty car stuff all the way up to big giant trucks and machinery all made right here in pa. Do not hesitate buying from them directly I simply do not have time to put into it anymore. I posted their website on here awhile back as well in one thread somewere.

Hey I was just talking to @DoulosXP about this leaf pack 2 weeks ago.

Looks like people still like them and pair well with the B110

I have mine paired with 5125s that are just shorter than B110s. Bilstein rears are actually great for the money and pair really well with leaf rears. They’ll overheat if you’re desert running on them but they handle most all situations well

Right but I'd think a company with a website like that would be able to update it. Attention to detail is important to some.

Yeah, had I not found a cheap deal on used Dakar’s, I would have ran the blackout leafs. I also considered the 5125s. They pair well, usually don’t need longer bumpstops and you shouldn’t need extended brake lines. I decided to go all out with b110’s though and have no regrets.

I rarely buy suspension components off a website. If you’d shoot them a DM on IG or email I think you’d be pleased with their service. I definitely get your point though
