Well, all that and more is in the other thread. All anyone needs now is some know how and the Techstream / Mongoose or similar programming cables.

Are you looking to convert a N/A ECU to a S/C (TRD) cal? If so, I have the software/cables/files and bench flashing harness.

Nice. I have a Mongoose Cable. Just don't have the flash files yet. Not sure any of that is going to make a difference with me having The UCON. I'm wondering if I put 1000cc injectors or 1200cc injectors in there. Then I could delete/ loose the 7th Injector.

    Currently on 800cc x 6 injectors. + 640cc 7th injector

    640cc ÷ 6 cylinders/ injectors = ~106cc per injector more.

    so 800cc + 106cc = 906cc - Round up to 1000cc

Now would the Stock ECU with the HPTuners flashing support the 1000cc injectors? If so, again, I could probably do away with the 7th Injector and thus the UCON unless I'm missing something else. Like the processing of Wideband or other things.

    What fuel?

I've not done 1000's, but the ECU should be able to handle them (Gasoline). There is enough adjustment range in the software however, I doubt you'll have a super smooth 750RPM idle though just simply due to the extremely low injector pulsewidths. Might require a slight bump in idle speed if that's the case.

That is a LOT of injector!

PS: If you need the TRD CUW file, just let me know which you need and I'll send it your way.

Nice Appreciate the offer on the .CUW's those I uploaded were lacking only the TRD files.
I agree. that IS a lot of injector. With the projected/ wanted HP, (500+) have to get it the fuel it wants. In this case. I'm running 93 octane or better. No ethanol, methanol, NOS, or other currently.

I think I need to give the man a call and pick his brain on it.

Has anyone tried cloning VIN numbers between toyota platforms to dodge credits? Say put a taco ViN into a 200 series?

Probably wouldn't work and also HPTuners is pretty aggressive at litigating people who try to exploit their credit model.

HP Tuners has been pretty good to us. Why steal from them (or anyone for that matter)?

Shit bolted onto other shit, and junk.
I wanna believe that, but perhaps a poor choice of words and probably best discussed in a private forum with HPTuner as opposed to a public forum left to interpretation.
