Great welder. You’re gonna be happy with it. I used that one for 4 years before I got my big Lincoln and it did everything I needed it to. It’s spool gun capable too if down the line you wanna do aluminum with it! That’s a hobby machine you won’t outgrow

So awesome!! Great job on that table. Having a jig table is the greatest. Being able to clamp everything down and keep stuff square and everything is super nice. What size is your garage by the way?

    Thanks!!!

It's not a garage. ;) It's a shop (as i keep telling my wife) NOT FOR PARKING CARS OR STORING SHIT! Lol. The shop is about 570 sq ft. One of the best things about this table is i will evict two other tables that add up to about the same size and are not on wheels. It's a constant battle keeping enough floor space open so i have plenty of room for projects. Currently, I can't get the truck in there all the way, so on my last project it was sticking half-out the garage for a week.

Fixed the shovel. A piece of 3/4” conduit did the trick. It’s .020” thicker wall than the original pipe handle. Took a cut off wheel and slotted the end and bent it for the taper and we good to go for another few months

When we bought our house 5 years ago I told my wife, you can have everything here accept for the garage. That’s my space! Don’t even think about putting anything of yours in there woman. I think she’s gone in there like maybe 10 times in 5 years. Good woman.

Meanwhile the dick saga continues in my house. Made a bottle opener today out of 2”x1/8” bar stock.

Same here. I now work in a hospital after 20yrs as a mechanic. Recently before an MRI:
Nurse: "You've had steel drilled out of your eyes?"
    Me: "Yes, multiple times"
Her: "Really, you've had steel drilled out of your eyes multiple times?"
    Me: "Yes dammit"

I'm lucky, my wife is a nurse and has picked it out with a hypodermic needle several times so I didn't have to get the drill. Sometimes could rub it with a swab and have it catch in the fibers and come out. One of the times she was picking it with the needle and it was a solid THUNK! Buried. Nope, time for the Dr and the drill.

C'mon, you gotta put that thing back and only "whip it out" at the proper time. "Oh ladies, so you need a bottle opener? Let me pop your top with my cawk."

Ugh. 14 times for me over the past 25 years. Most of them got in with safety glasses on too.

Good lord, twice was enough for me. Now I wear goggles and a mask whenever I’m doing any cutting or grinding.
