man, i'd love to if i had the time. i've gotten so many people asking if i make them....i see a side busines happening in a few years.

have you checked out the build thread for the light rack? it has a general sketch of how the pieces fit together. lots of pictures too. with some patience and the right tools, i'm sure you could make one.

 

UPS says it will be on my doorstep on the 25th. Both boxes. One box is 29 pounds and the other is 36 pounds. I can't wait!

If you were to make the light bar squared it would be really easy to build, just a few welds, but when rounded would be a pain

 

I'm planning installing the lift and putting the tires on sometime between the 25th and the 31st since that's when Christina (girl that came with me to the Orlando meet) comes back to the states. She's dieing to see it lifted with all the mods I got lined up for it.

 

psh, squares are for hummers...keep it classy around here

but yeah, squared edges would make production/assembly easier. if square though, i would indeed have to weld. using curves, i was able to use fewer, more continuous pieces, and therfore could bolt everything togeather. in my case that was easier, as i have easy access to numerous welders, but don't own one. i need to get one for the house.

i'm under the impression that 1)cirtus doesn't really have anyhting too serious. and 2) most of the tough stuff has a way around. assuming that's all acurate, you should be just fine

 

depending where in citrus u go ur just about right

 

citrus has some really great washouts this year. they will really test you
but for the most part its really tame and there are go arounds for anything thats too scary for ya. if we are low profile enough, we can even hit some areas that are really really good
if citrus isn't enough we can always caravan down to croom(about20min)and i know some real ridiculous spots there....

 

man, i hate how far away this meet is, i'm really excited for it. most of ocala was hi speed, which i absolutely love, but i could use some good technical stuff
