Hey guys. I'm preparing for my engineering license exam right now so I have to prioritize that, unfortunately. I'd be happy to put one together. Remind me next week and I'll dig through my order to get exact lengths I used and all that.

SexWax, they still make that stuff? I haven't bought a bar of wax in almost 20 years, but when I did it was SexWax.

Alright so here's a quick breakdown of what I used.

Frame is all 80/20 15 series
    -56" for top cross bar
    -14" for two vertical bars
    -42" for bottom cross bar

-A sheet of 1/2" grid welded wire mesh. (I didn't quite get this one right on my first try so I recommend measuring that out to fit into the interior slots of the extrusion. You can really do whatever you want with this. The wwm was a little flimsy but held up well.)
-4 15 series panel mounts for the wire mesh in my case (2 top and 2 bottom)
-4 interior 15 series 90* connectors to connect the extrusion
-4 gusseted exterior 90* connectors (two for mounting to bedsides and two for feet)
-2 rubberized adjustable feet (not entirely necessary, but they were used on mine to immobilize the bottom.)
-4 tslot nuts for connecting into bedsides (I recommend the ones from Hondo garage)
-16 channel nuts and bolts to connect it all together. (choose whichever you want since 80/20 has a ton of options.)

It was around 140. If you use an 8020 alternative it would probably save a ton of money though.

This post is old but are these treated boards? How has this held up?

they are pressure treated as they were scraps I had leftover after making a firewood shed. They primarily stay covered with my tonneau cover so they've held up perfectly.

I made this last night with some treated 2x6's I had in the garage. It works great!

I know it's been awhile, but did they ship to you? I had considered going this route before. Ordering through Grainger or McMaster-Carr and shipping was cost prohibitive honestly.

8020 will ship. It is way too expensive I think. Check out tnutz. I feel like you can get a better deal there.

Well, that was a bust. When I put in my info for a shipping estimate with tnutz I got a message that they don't ship to my location....

Disregard my last post. Redid everything on my PC, worked that time. Much cheaper than anywhere else.

Well, I ordered a bunch of stuff from T-Nutz tonight. We will see how it goes in a few days. Still gotta figure out a filler panel of some sort...
