That was this guy; lost cylinder #8...

(This was after we shut off the truck, remaining smoke)

Apparently it "rained too much" and water got into the engine :jerkoff:

My tech clearly saw the water line when they put it up on the lift.

Well if it hadn't rained too much the last 15 years the mud hole wouldn't have been too deep! :luvya:

    My tech did

I was only there to see the truck and hear it running like shit.

When I asked the tech what the customer's excuse was my tech told him "look, you can tell me whatever you want. But after putting it up on the rack it's clear you drove through water"

The customer insists it rained too much

Yet no ones vehicle has come into our 3 stores at all due to water in the engine

We use PSA as a unit of currency....

"That lunch costs half a PSA"

Or "fuck I have to pay 13 PSA worth for taxes"

But no, don't get that light.

My old neighbor has it; I remember cause he was excited about it and showing it off to me. Has some laser etched brand on the side but can't remember what it is.

The power switch feels like it can break if you use it enough times.

24 hour fit finally called me back about cancelling. they actually didn't give me too much run around aside from asking if I wanted to put my membership on hold and only pay $12/mo... when she asked why I wanted to cancel I told her I stopped going and got fat. there was a pause and then she continued without saying anything

That's crazy....to already expect them to give you a fight?

You want to cancel a membership, and should be able to do so without question.

Interesting. it reminds me of an irrigation filter setup :D

I have been wanting to put a traditional coolant filter in the heater line for a bypass setup. https://rudysdiesel.com/i-30499156-rudys-universal-coolant-filtration-filter-kit.html

Once upon a time I ran headgasket stop leak and even after flushing the system a bunch of times I can still see it's in there.. along with some rust and other gunk

I figured it'd be like trying to cancel cable/internet/phone service

"let me transfer you to our retention department. Before we let you cancel we need to tell you about our special promotion. Before you cancel we need to ask you 30 exit interview questions"

Need to replace the hub that the broken shaft took out. It's pressed into the rotor and it's cheaper to buy a new rotor/hub combo than the hub itself.

Trying to decide if I care about replacing the brake pads while I'm at it.
