Oh you missed the posts days and weeks ago.

    I used to ride.

I stupidly bought a ZX9R when I really lusted over an Duck S4R

At the same time a buddy had bought a Speed Triple, and another was restoring an old '70 Norton. I went from sportbike to cafe racer damn quick

That took far too long. Here’s the engine bay harness re-loomed and re-wrapped with Tesa fabric tape.

Now I have to do the EFI harness.

Guess I'll spend today trying to restore an antique dresser my wife found on the side of the road a few years ago.

Thing is a pile but she loves it and wants to use it in the baby room, half the drawers are broken and it needs sanding/paint. We ended up with a pretty cool coffee table the same way though so I shouldn't complain. And slabs of marble in the backyard that we have no use for but she won't let me toss lol.

On a related note, Home Depot is always packed lately. Everyone getting finally getting on their 'honey do' lists

Have you been on my PC?!

I've looked at those multiple times since last year.

I remember reading about the changes in the display as well as the throttle/programming recommended when first buying one.

    Stock again- rip slug

    Fingers Crossed.

man, looks like this might have been a blessing in disguise then for your productivity ;). 30 min breaks are always good to reset that "focus beam" and energy. Glad to hear you're doing well in all of this, you seem to do better at concentrating and effort than I do haha!

Mine's a 2015 that I bought in 2016 as a left over so got a nice discount on it. 3 miles on the clock at the time, almost 20k now and I've hardly ridden it the last year or so.

The 2017s are when they started adding all the fancy shit, like the clocks and more electronic aids that mine doesn't have. I have a rudimentary (compared to the newer models) traction control and wheelie control but that's it. The wheelie control still lets that front wheel come up pretty fucking high too! 3rd gear wheelies without even trying, just roll on the gas.
