As many as I can fabricate
These post brought a smile to my face, ugly face it is, but smile. Lol. That desk is awesome. I started as a draftsman in 1972 at a semi secret company in McLean, Va. I did corrections on drawings from 5pm to midnight after school. I was way too young to have a clearance but my dad worked there...(those were the days right?). Love your adaption of useful tools around the room. Do it every day in fabrication on this damn truck..lol. Thanks for the smiles and laughs. Oh, I've god a few years on Autodesk drawing maps as well. Hate it..lol

Sounds like BS to me. Head to the dealership and check out all the vehicles on the lot. See how many have condensation in the headlights. Report this information to the dealer and see what they say. Maybe I am wrong and you will find a bunch of headlights that are similarly afflicted but I am guessing you will find nice clear headlights.

I have bought too many to remember which ones are these from, some in Amazon and some in AliExpress.

Just get some random 12v waterproof led strip. I got a 5m reel of cool white 5050s, I did all the soldering and splicing myself.

Installation is actually easier than it seems!

I'm editing a video tutorial I'll be uploading to YouTube this weekend most likely!

Feeling the need to join the CAD group!

Just dug out my old draft pack from school. Why it's still around, I have no idea. I need to learn to get rid of shit I don't use anymore.

I made the decal in a previous life at my first job. Printing on vinyl was brand new and we needed to... practice.

Just like I left it 20 years ago!

Now back to working at home on AutoCAD 2021. :p

Well someone decided to damage my tail light while i was at home depot today. Don't know what happened to cause the pin hole. Decided to replace with oem so made a trip to the dealer and picked up a new tail light. While i was there i also decided to pick up a bed mat. Just got done putting in the new tail light.

You guys all brought memories back as well as a few chuckles.

I have used similar tools over the years, typically when on the back porch sweaty and tired of something having a poor designed whatever that I needed to fix NOW, for various impromptu fabrication projects.

Spent a lot of time with these in high school and college. Had a wife, child, and WAY TOO many changes in majors in college. When I found out to complete the degree I would have to submit to roughly 6 months of internship, I made 1 last change in degree choice.

I have almost everything you have there as well as several other items in storage. I have played with a few CAD-like free programs but never really had time for much. No REAL use for any of it since my final degree took me to accounting. Been pushing numbers and counting beans for several decades. Oddly, 14 or 15 years ago the wife and I remodeled our home; I did the floor plans including the structural load, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC in Excel. Handed it off to the architect to draw up for the county and city permits since I did not have the credentials, he laughed and said he ALMOST felt bad about charging me his full fee.:rofl:

    Don't be sorry. They weren't.

It was 1999, we were in Sarajevo, Bosnia-Herzegovina, and it had literally just snowed 3'. That's three feet. Of snow. Overnight. It was fucking NUTS.

So, these two corporals from Toronto work with us driving birds (fighters and bombers) in and out of the country as tactical air control parties. Anyhoo, these two "knucklehead Canucks" start making this INSANE ruckus about how we have to get up on the roofs and clear the snow off "RIGHT FOOKING NOW or else people are going to DIE." They made such an impression on the German 3-star (it was a NATO assignment) that he ordered everyone E5 and below to get on it. So, me being an E5 SSgt at the time and since I had literally just cleared my antenna farm (SHF antennas can't find satellites when they're buried in 3 feet of snow), I was dressed for it. We spent 3 hours clearing off all the roofs.

Apparently, no one knows how to shovel snow properly. These guys cleared snow like Joey Chestnutt eats hots dogs. We got schooled.

Anyhow, we go back to work grumbling about how stupid all of that effort was, and I hope they're happy and all kinds of other grumbly nonsense. We think "meh, it's over." I mean, what harm can a little snow do?

That night, it snowed 3 more feet. It was officially the worst winter in the Balkans since 1944. 20 Russians died up in Tuzla when their roofs collapsed from the snow. None of the NATO troops were injured because ALL of the camps had cleared snow off their roofs, as ordered by the General, as convinced by two Toronto TACPs with a penchant for hockey and the humble self-righteousness of knowing people would died if they didn't get right to work. And they never bragged about it. The assholes weren't even sorry.

They could not buy a beer for two weeks. Their marks were no good. ;)

Best of all, the next day the General ordered that everyone who wasn't out the day before - it's their turn. Needless to say, watching these two Canuckistanis schooling American, British, and French officers on how to clear snow was worth going to Bosnia for.
