    Yeah, we don't mess with that here. A valve adjustment on these trucks would take way too long and is a super time consuming process.

    A ratchet is how I shaved mine down years ago. It’s definitely the cleanest cut.

    So how far inside the shaft is the broken off bolt? There have been quite a few peeps that broke a bolt during pulley removal and just left them in there. It’s definitely not hurting anything. @nudavinci64

    any chance theres a list of the cup specs? I have 32,33,35,37,38 multiples of each

    I got the torque specs and tolerances.

    10mm = 9NM (~6.64 ft lbs)
    12mm = 24NM (~17.5 ft lbs)

    Intake .15mm - .25mm (.006" - .010")
    Exhaust .29mm - .39mm (.011" -.015")

    I'm here with my torque wrench, feeler gauges, and pen & paper.... yeah.

    If anyone knows what the 2 digit numbers master chart for quantifiable measurements.

    So all you off road racers... Recommend a good outer boot for our cv joints. I have the cjv moderate angles since I’m lowered. But the outer black is already starting to crack. The red silicone inner is doing just fine. Recommendations?
