    Possibly.... The market for folks with my skills far out pays what I am making and the raise they provided wasn't good enough.

    So, in the end, bide my time to find a new, better spot while using as much time to train as I can on the clock

    I put on awning brackets during the 30 minutes it wasn't raining yesterday. :boink:
