We had a junky faucet here at the apt. Had low clearance, couldnt even get a plate between the basins and faucet. Wife was aggravated by it, me too. So i put a new one in. That tool is amazing!

I started using a french press a few months ago. It was originally to find a good way to fix coffee camping but now I use it most mornings.

Gaggia classic. I’ve been watching videos. The repairs are all real easy mostly. The only reason I’m debating upgrading is cuz I only paid $50 for it used. Previous owner did not give it enough TLC. I also don’t know how old it is. So even if I do fix it, it may still not be right. I wouldn’t be getting a top of the line new machine, but I do want one with dual boilers.

I French press too. And Chemex and v60 and aeropress. I have a lot of brewers. I use those in the morning. I always like a nice latte or cappuccino in the afternoon though

Well ya if you’re not sealing it back up right away. I didn’t go alcohol because it’s in super high demand right now. Didn’t figure he would have acetone so soap and water will do if you dry well, blow water off tack clean then dust with the first coat. :)

Provide us with the Cliff Notes version of what to buy for what beverage.

The Keurig isn't cutting it anymore.

When spraying, try to find a place out of the wind. You’ll get better use out of a can. Acetone or alcohol works better than soap and water because they dry quickly so you don’t have to wait as long to paint.

I’ve gone through em all. Watched videos from repair guys. I just don’t know if it’s worth it. I’ll easily spend a minimum of $100 on replacement parts alone. I need to do research on new machines and see what’s out there. Maybe find another used machine for cheap

I sincerely appreciate the advice and the how-to, but I'm not sure I can spare a pot for the endeavor.
