I couldn't even do street tuning if I wanted to right now... Maine governor just imposed the stay at home order for a month. If you don't comply it's 6 months in the slammer or 1k out of your wallet

Already out of MAF in open loop? I took mine up to about 4.88V total output before I switched injectors, but I'm a 99. You could probably take it to 4.75V if you are working in volts in your fuel table.

I'm keeping low on the street tuning since everyone is home. I know it is safe once the rowdy teenagers are out in their ricers.

Curious if you are even able to make it to any off road areas, like you used to? Now that I think about it.

They shutdown all the state parks because people starting flooding them over the weekend. Technically federal land is open, but I wouldn't be surprised if that gets closed too or rangers out ticketing people. It's set up so people don't go flooding the gas stations and stores out in the desert areas and affecting the people that live out there. Any type of travel outside your city is looked down on right now. I have some other things I can wrench on right now.

    What's it spiking to?
Could start with hooking up the rest of the exhaust.
Run Wastegate signal line off compressor.
Poor wastegate position or too small could be a thing.

9psi spring spiking to 11.1. Exhaust obviously isn’t finished but the wastegate is plenty big. This is a second-hand kit and it did work just fine before but something is going on with my setup. Possibly vacuum I guess

Where is your wg boost coming from? If it is post IC you could try making it pre IC and then it would see 11.1 psi before you were really making that at the manifold

He has a point. Where is your boost gauge getting its reference from? After the throttle body, or before?

As well as rerouting the w/g vacuum source from manifold to compressor housing would do like yota said. As there might be a psi or so lost along the length of the intake system. So moving the source to the compressor housing could lower the overall psi. As long as yours isn't already setup like that?

So right now wastegate is Plumbed to the vacuum line right after the throttle body and that exactly where I have the boost gauge routed to as well. Turbo doesn’t have a port on the compressor housing but I do have room to reference the wastegate in the charge pipe right after the turbo.

I just had my compressor housing off and noticed that one of the bolts that hold the clamps on goes all the way through. I've considered using that as a reference point. Might be a possibility for you.
