well damn unfortunately I am an essential

 

So is Lowe's, and guess where everybody is going in Greenwood? I'm staying the F away from Lowe's right now.

 

My company is essential in MA where it is based.

I am told nearly all elective surgeries are shutting down in SC for April. GA and NC did this already- except for some spine cases. All elective cases in VA are also closed.

We have our fingers in all kinds of medical related fields, so I seriously doubt there will be any work stoppages for us.

 

That's just the start just wait more will come and close.

Funny is even the essential employees except grocery store workers work comes to a screeching halt. Essential or not be prepared for not a lot going on for the foreseeable future.

You may be able to get unemployment for reduced hours if need be. NC is doing it for reduced hours and part time employees. I had to fight to get the pennies I am since I'm a contract worker.

My brother in CA is essential- but not working; still being paid. CA has been in “full” quarantine for a while now. Nothing is going on there.

 

maybe . But my issue would be that I get paid for the work I do not hourly which sucks balls lol but so far I've been busy with work . Expecially since i work on emergency vehicles

I just checked into my hotel in Wilmington, they had to make a copy of the " essential" paperwork just to check in. It's getting real

 

Went to Lowe’s today. Kept my 6ft distance. As I was about to go grab a drill bit, some guy walked up to them and coughed all over them. Fucking jackass. Sad thing is; some guy was standing there already. I was waiting my turn like a good citizen.

@JimboAnz avoid the drill bit/tool section at Lowe’s @ Concord Mills. Pretty sure it’s infected now.

 

My 10.5" is pretty good out to 100 yards. I've never tried pushing past that mainly I don't have access to anything more than 100 yards. ARs were never meant to be sub moa guns anyways. They certainly CAN be, but not your standard "mil-spec" stuff. I'd conjecture that 11.5" would be good out to 200+ yards, depending on ammo of course.

 

I wasn't necessarily speaking in terms on range versus being able to maneuver your
way thru tight quarters with a shorter gun.
