fire wall holes

    So I have a yaesu radio mounted and i had the antenna cable running thru the rear door on my 2001 tacoma double cab, well i pinched the cable and now im not getting as good reception as i was before. does anyone know where there is a hole in the back of the cab? i really dont wanna run it thru the front fire wall. so does anyone know where else i could run it thru? thanx

    I lost track thousands of dollars ago.
    You can always drill one I don't know of any hole in the back of the cab.

    There are 2 holes on the back of the cab. right near the bottom. they have plastic plugs on them. that's where i ram my antenna wires.

    the ones that ran it thru the back of the cab where exactly does it come out? did you push it thru with a wire?

    naw man there are 2 plastic plugs. just take a look at the lower bit of the back of the cab under your bed. or if you look in the tool-box thingers in the cab you will be able to see the plugged.

    I've also wondered about the little vents that are visible on the back of the cab between it and the bed... do those go through?

    97 tacoma 4x4 3.4 w/5 speed
    new 31x10.5 tires, mag wheels, drilled rotors, new sound, and a cb.
    There is two holes on each side of the cab, with plugs in them. I have my truck all apart, I can take pictures for you if you want. There are several plugs in the floor too that you could use, but the big plugs are just covers for the cab mount blot heads, they dont go thru.
