Yeah let me get up 30 or 40% in two days and see if I don’t sell.
I didn’t enter in as good this time as I did last time. I’m in at 10.83 this time on NCLH. Last time I was at 7.23 ish

    Yup.

I was in at 10.35 on NCLH, set a limit buy for more at 9.99 which also got filled.

We'll see what the week brings.

Well if BA goes below $100 that would be a steal. NCLH is a good cruise line as well. I even took a loss on ALL to purchase more NCLH before the bounce. It paid off.

In the past ten days BA's been sub-100 - and above 180.

    Ten days.

If it goes down buy more.

Yeah that's the path I'm personally on... I'm pumping as much as is realistic for me into the market. I took a pretty solid position on Norwegian, and don't plan on selling it till about $40. Or $0... :p

I’ve been buying the piss out of them all day.. Still averaging at 143.91.
I have more $ to invest, but would like to get some work done around the house.. If BA goes down more, then that work just may have to wait until some other time.

I messed up last week. I saw it at 93ish and thought about it. If it dips below 100 again I am going to throw 1k at it.

So question on robinhood. I have a 300 dollar transfer to clear on the 7th. I only have a 1k limit on cash they will "front me" until it clears. What do I do if I wanna buy something more than 1k at that point?

Another one in the books. I wish I would have waited a little longer to buy back in, but oh well. Now I just keep adding.

Purchase Robinhood Gold for $5 and that will give you extra. After a while they’ll front you more and more after they see what your capable of paying back or bank clearing. They'll loan me at least 7k. I canceled my gold after last week though. Now I’m just steady adding. They’ll still front me 1k though.

I wouldn’t use margin though. It’s a good way to find yourself adding and adding and adding just to keep them from ripping you off. It has potential, but not worth it. Especially in the current market.

Go back a few pages - today or last night was posted some info on cash accounts vs margin accounts and how they affect any day trading and settlement.

Short answer tho - margin means the brokerage will loan you money to cover trading.

If you're not careful/disciplined it can get expensive.

Worse - if you're in beyond your cash and prices go down you might have a "margin call" where you need to put more cash into the account to cover.

That’s what I was referring to. A “margin call” which is where you don’t have enough “value” in the account (in the form of stocks or cash) to cover the margin that was loaned to you. In case everything goes to hell, they want you to have enough in the account to cover the margin loan.
With depreciating stocks, a margin call is likely.

Exactly. If you don't know what margin is... this is not the time to learn. I do a lot in a margin account, and I have dabbled, but a little cautious. Wish I had bigger cajones

Many years ago mine got a little big for my britches and I got a real hair trim.

    Stay cautious.

A healthy dose of apprehension in what you’re doing is a good thing.

Im using this time to buy down some stocks I bought 6-8 months ago just to lower my per share....like some of the good 'ol weed stocks... probably just going to lose more. I guess im just super long on that stuff.
