Eastbound and Down Season 2

Well in less than a hour my favorite show's second season will be starting up. Anybody else a fan of Eastbound and Down? Looks like an entirely new cast other than Kenny. Maybe we will get a guest appearance from April




edit- watched it last night. First episode of the second season was terrible.

 

So many people sleep on this show. It is possibly the funniest most creative show I have ever seen. Kenny Fucking POWERS! I quote that dude on the reg if for no other reason than to make myself laugh hysterically. I'm suprised by the lack of comments this thread has gotten. If you dont know about this show people, watch season 1. You'll thank me later.

Season 1 was fantastic and full of so many epic one liners. I like season 2 so far, but it's sadly not quite the same. Stevie is great but just doesnt seem to have what season 1 did.

I love Eastbound. Unfortunately, the 2nd season has been an absolute disappointment for me so far. It's almost like they're trying too hard. Stevie is quickly becoming (in my mind) much funnier than Kenny.

What about now thAt we know she is pregnant haha. I was disappointed in season 2. The finale was the best though. The supporting roles from the first season is what helped make it so funny. Kenny didn't have anybody in mexico besides Stevieto be funny with. Interested to see what season 3 brings.

 

I thought the 2nd season sucked...hard. There were a couple episodes I didn't even find myself laughing once. It just seemed like they tried way too hard.

That being said, I think him being back in the U.S. will help Season 3. He's just much funnier with all of the other people. I don't know if anything will compare to Season 1 though.
