Awesome! I recently did the same thing. Been wanting to do it it for a while but kept putting it off. Saw a FB marketplace post for some almost brand new clazzios from a guy in Delaware who had just traded in his truck. Got em for $300 bucks and couldn't pass up that deal. Ordered the heated seat kit and installed it all! Time consuming but worth it. OEM style buttons and the Leather looks great.

AND... there’s the duty cycle on the Hobart. Was wondering where that was.

Of course, only two 3” beads left to finish the project.

Jesus dude... I don’t think you’re gonna have to worry about bending.

    Is that 0.5” wall?

I know, what’s the lifting capacity of the 3 point on that? My little b2601 can do around 1000 lbs, got to imagine yours is upwards of 3-4k

That's a steal on some clazzios, Did you put your heating element under the original material or under the clazzio?

I haven’t looked. I know it picked that bucket up full of wood like it was nothing.

Same with a 7 chisel plow that was much heavier.

I know the FEL is rated for 2,500 lbs.

Now I’m curious. Gonna go look it up.

No. It’s a very conservative 1/4”. The stuff I used anyway.

They used 3/8 bent flat stock. Then failed to brace it. At all.

That’s better. Doesn’t budge now. Measured empty, full, and again full after driving down from from the field. It didn’t move at all.

That seems to be an excessive amount of preload. Wondering if you will coil-bind and lose travel.
Did you ever consider a stronger or longer spring?
