Truck yard, the work isn’t there anymore and I got my hours cut back. My available 20 hours of overtime have been eliminated. Gonna be tough losing more than a mortgage payment every month but it won’t be forever.

You know what I noticed? Now that stores need constant restocking of supplies, truck drivers got the respect they deserve from the public. I drove past the Corpus Christi Hooks stadium and their big screen read Thank You Truckers as a sign of appreciation since they’re the ones transporting goods and supplies to stores. Once this is all over, truck drivers will be an afterthought to everyone again
