Gawd same, I can go to bed at 10, fall asleep at 11, wake up ever couple of hours and then go to work at 4:50, fricken lame

 

Yesss it sucks so bad bc every 2 hours i wake like i need to get up for work or something, and its 2 am. Im hoping when i get older i get more tired and it helps

 

The only thing that wakes me up now is when I get too hot. Sometimes I'll even put the fan on just to chill the covers.

 

My roommates like to stay up all night paying video games, they aren’t the quietest either, really helps.

 

That sucks. I'd punch my wife in the tit if she played video games and was loud while I tried to sleep.

Melatonin. Shit works great, non-addictive, not a drug. Get the 12mg tablets, they are chewable. I take 4 usually when I'm going to bed and sleep thru the night. Can get it at any grocery store or CVS/Walgreens/whatever drug store you have around.

 

Or just work really hard all day till you become exhausted and can sleep all night

 

Good luck with that unless you work in an essential service. Fucking weird times.

But even with working out, I used to still have sleeping issues like these guys. Sorry guys, age doesn't help, if anything it makes it worse. Try melatonin, it's safe and effective, kinda like condoms but without the rubbery aftertaste in her mouth.

That could be a double edged sword as well. Great to have shit clean but then anti-germ freaks could lead to a lower tolerance of simple illness, like the common cold.
