Dang I have had service manual for most of the vehicles I have owned. I understand why the OP wants it. For my Jeep I have a Haynes manual that covers all the typical stuff but only the gasoline engine. I got in contact with VM Motori in Detroit not long after I bought it years ago and got a factory service manual for the Diesel engine. They even send it to me in print in a big 3 ring binder for free. I have no plans to disassemble the diesel engine myself but its been handy for a few things. since it's not a common engine you never know if someone may need it to service it and so I can be less likely to be scammed.

$20 for 2 days only of access to TIS seems much for little access time. Id rather have a book or searchable PDF

    +1

TIS was awesome when I changed the cam phaser in my niece's Corolla. Worth every penny but access was purchased for a specific task, not browsing.

I would love a copy as well, especially a wiring diagram  I’ve found OEM service manuals for most of my past Toyota’s from different Toyota forums, so far though I haven’t found anything for my 2020 Tacoma :(

Here is a link (https://cardiagn.com/toyota-tacoma-2015-2018-service-repair-manual/) to one I found for 2016 Tacos... should be pretty similar up to 2020 since nothing really changed too much mechanically. I am in the process of converting it to a single pdf.

Edit: Here is a link to the compiled service manual. I do not own any of these materials (just downloaded and compiled from cardiagn to make it easier for TW members). You have to go through Google Drive because TW has a file size limit. Let me know if it isn't working properly.

Thank you for consolidating that. I am looking for some of the pinouts, etc. that are specific to the 2020s.

It might be a little early to find a repair manual for the 2020 models, usually takes about a year or two to get out to the public. Unless you can find a mechanic that works for Toyota that is willing to copy it from the manufacturer. They are usually several books, around 10 or so. and are as thick as a good dictionary, 4 or 5 hundred pages depending upon the section.

I'm pretty sure you have no idea what TechStream is... I haven't seen a mechanic with a paper manual since the 90's. I have access to the 2020 info right now, just like anyone else in the general public who can afford the expenditure via the TIS. Thanks though.

Thanks for sharing this , this is my first Toyota , I have the factory PDF's for every car I have ever owned, one for Torque specs and also for best practices for repair ( factory dealer mechanics get paid by the hours billed , not the hours worked ) so the more you bill a day , the more you get paid especially for warranty work where they get paid crap. How do I know ? my niece is a VW mechanic at a dealer...

Sure thing. I'm still waiting on a hardfast, consolidated copy of the 2020 manual. Someone PM me if you come across it.

Like John Deere TM's. Nothing is found freely on the webs.
I also, wish to have the service manual for my 2021.
Thank you for the download @markja

    Check build thread!
This is near as you are going to get to a 2022 manual. I’ve seen them myself and used them (current Toyota dealer employee) however I’m not really willing to lose my job sharing that as I’m not too sure how touchy Toyota would be about that, and considering I have my real (somewhat unique) name on here, I don’t wanna risk it. I can however confirm that this will do the job perfectly.

Correct, the differences between the 2019 manual and 2021/2022 are very minimal.

I paid $20 for 2-day TIS access, and tried to download every single page, half way thru I gave up

as others have mentioned, TIS repair info is structured to be used as interactive hyperlinking web of topics, me converting each topic into PDF loses the hyperlinks and it's a pain to search without the subscription

Not sure if it has been shared in this or another post but I finally found the actual factory service manual. You can use the link to get the PDF. Note that it’s over 11,000 pages so it will take several minutes to load but it does work. Just be patient.
