We had a little Woman that walked around our neighborhood and She would let her little Dog poop in our yards. So when we had a neighborhood meeting I called Her out in front of everyone and embarrassed Her real bad. A few other people jumped on her at the meeting. She still lives here but none of us see her anymore

I had a suspicion it was this lady. And she’s the only one I’ve seen in our neighborhood with a small dog and that reflective leash. My neighbor said she had a better view and immediately said “it looks like Sue” which is who I thought it was. Didn’t say any names when I asked my neighbor so there was no influencing there
